For those who live in and around Brewster, N.Y., the Anne Koplik showroom sales on Main Street are nothing new. I doubt there is anyone in the area who doesn’t own at least one piece of this handcrafted jewelry. I have a few, and apologies, my photo doesn’t do it justice, but does prove I’ve been a big fan over the years. Go to the website for a good look, or better yet, the shop.
Not only is it unique in style, but at the showroom sale, the prices are 75% less than regular retail. These are statement pieces. Earrings, necklaces, brooches, bracelets, rings, in all kinds of fantastical and natural designs. Flowers, animals, insects, geometrics, vintage, crystals, lots of sparkle. If you’ve never been, it’s quite amazing.

This jewelry is handcrafted here in the USA. It’s a women-owned, family business that stared in 1981. You can expect to see scarves and other accessories in addition to jewelry. Prices range from something like $10 on up. Way up.

You could take the train from NYC; it’s not a huge walk, but wear comfortable shoes because it’s on the opposite side of town.
