Some updates..

A while back I wrote about how I have become a fan of JCPenney. And this is just to let you know, I still am. I only wish more people would realize how good this store is.. because I would be crushed to see it close. It was hard enough when Lord & Taylor disappeared from the Danbury Fair Mall. And as I said in the fall, there are great buys in almost every department - from kids wear to underwear, and the salon.

Yesterday, I got my hair highlighted..here are a couple of pix. It is perfect. I love it. Shiny and healthy.

The second thing I want to share is this: When walking through housewares, I saw the Black & Decker Chopper! At a very good price I think.

I was tempted to get it because it is slightly bigger, but I am reluctant to part with my vintage version, as I am with most of my vintage possessions, and I have a few!
